| Problem |
Ocusystem not responding to foot switch. |
| Solution |
- The Foot pedal cord is properly connected to the stand.
- The 18 inch interconnecting cable is connected from the back of the machine to the back of the stand.
- The pins in the Foot pedal plug are not broken.
- The Foot pedal cable is not torn or wires exposed.
- All indicator lights (right hand side of machine front panel) follow foot switch positions.

| Solution |
- Check that the plate in the hood of the foot pedal is in the proper position and activates the switch.
- Fix the plate by pushing it in the proper position.
- Make sure that there is fluid in the aspiration line, no air.

| Solution |
- The Foot pedal cord is properly connected to the stand.
- The 18 inch interconnecting cable is connected from the back of the machine to the back of the stand.
- The pins in the Foot pedal plug are not broken.
- Check the Foot pedal cable for broken or exposed wires.
- All indicator lights (right hand side of machine front panel) follow foot switch positions.
